Cheechako Cabins nestled in the Eastern Slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains in western Alberta. We offer you exceptionally clean, self-catering, self-housekeeping and dog friendly lodging. Providing you with easy access to all local outdoor mountain activities. We are located just outside Nordegg, giving easy access to local service and shops. Our four cabins are available for short or long term stays and can be booked year round.

In keeping with Nordegg’s historical mining background, we chose an architectural style reminiscent of the early miners cabins. The cabins are surrounded by large trees and situated to provide as much privacy as possible with minimal environmental impact. We offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy the facilities from their private covered decks or socializing with each other at our large common area that is equipped with a fire pit, picnic tables and benches.

Cheechako Cabins is family owned and operated, offering a secluded, peaceful escape. We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-equipped cabins with many extras that are not normally provided at other establishments.

Great Guest Rewards

Cheechako Cabins now offers special rewards for our great guests and unlike other accommodation providers; it is not based on how often you stay at the cabins. To receive a reward, the housekeeper must deem you to be an exceptional guest based on how clean you left your cabin and that you did not violate any of Cheechako Cabin’s policies.  Those Great Guests who receive rewards will also be entered into our Bi-Annual Great Guest Draw.
